During this interest-validation stage, registrations are stored in Google Forms and a linked spreadsheet, with access restricted to the people responsible for the initiative.
What you provide
We collect the institution’s ISPB, your name, email address, phone number and job title. The institution’s name is optional. You may also optionally express interest in helping shape the solution, so we can contact you about needs, ideas and feedback. The ISPB provided is a self-declared identifier and does not constitute verification of the institution.
Why we request this data
The data allows us to assess interest in the proposal and get in touch to discuss the institution’s needs and next steps. Registration does not activate automated marketing messages or constitute membership in the network.
Our internal assessment of demand may consider total registrations and distinct ISPBs. Contacts’ personal data is not made publicly available.
Access and protection
Cloudflare provides hosting and request protection; Google provides the form and spreadsheet. These providers may process data on infrastructure outside Brazil. Strictly necessary cookies protect the form and display confirmation; your theme preference is saved in your browser.
Access to records is restricted to the people responsible for assessing interest and contacting respondents. Technical protection measures include validating submitted data and controls to reduce abusive submissions. Contact details must not be published in logs or public metrics.
We do not request certificates, private keys, passwords, tokens or fraud event data in this form. These pages do not use external analytics services or fonts loaded from third parties.
Retention and your requests
Data should be retained only for as long as needed to assess interest and make related contact, subject to any applicable obligations. You may request information about processing, corrections or deletion through the privacy contact channel listed on this page.
Processing is based on your consent when requesting registration and contact (Article 7(I) of Brazil’s LGPD). You may withdraw consent free of charge using the email above. Records will be reviewed when the viability assessment ends or after 12 months without interaction, and deleted when no ongoing purpose or retention obligation applies. The controller will verify deletion requests and apply them to both the form and the linked spreadsheet.
This stage and the future network
This policy describes expressions of interest. Any future event-sharing operation will have its own rules, with purpose, access, responsibilities and data processing defined before it begins operating.
